Our Story

For more than 20 years, opening a coffee truck in my hometown was always a dream quietly sitting in the back of my mind. Long before mobile coffee shops became popular, I imagined creating a place where people could gather in a local spot that brought the community together over great coffee, conversation, and comfort. Especially on those weekends sitting at the local sporting events I always questioned why had no one pursued this dream of mine.

For the past 24 years, I’ve poured my heart into owning and growing my own local business in town, Salon TAJ, through the long days, challenges, and successes, one thing never changed: my love for connecting with people and creating experiences that feel welcoming and personal. Over the years, so many conversations, friendships, and memories were built one client at a time, and that same passion inspired a new dream.

Living in a coastal town filled with hardworking families, fishermen, beachgoers, and small business owners, I kept coming back to the same idea, bringing a coffee truck to the community I’ve always loved. A place where people could grab their morning coffee before work, meet friends after the beach, or stop by for a little pick-me-up during the day.

After years of dreaming, planning, second-guessing, and believing in the “maybe someday,” that someday finally arrived. With the help of my husband Scott and our children, they have made every step of this possible to making my dream come true.
